If I had to use one word: AMAZING! I had to sell an inheritance property, and the family matters, along with an uncooperative reverse mortgage company, a HERO loan, an uncooperative tenant who yelled and threatened prospective buyers, and the constant threat of the house being auctioned off before being able to close escrow totally mucked up the process, making it seemingly impossible to sell. Steve did not give up once.
Several times as he was working with me, I expected him to say something along the lines of: “Well, there is nothing more I can do…” and I would have totally understood. But he never said anything like that. He always said, “Let me see what else I can do,” and even when I thought there was nothing left to be done.
The lawyer involved in the process also said there was nothing else he could do. But Steve diligently worked every angle to find a buyer, researched all the issues that were involved, and did the work that banks and the reverse mortgage company should have been doing to find answers and solutions. His determined work ethic and ability to find solutions to complex problems proved his years of expertise.
