If I had to use one word: AMAZING! I had to sell an inheritance property, and the family matters, along with an uncooperative reverse mortgage company, a HERO loan, an uncooperative tenant who yelled and threatened prospective buyers, and the constant threat of the house being auctioned off before being able to close escrow totally mucked up the process, making it seemingly impossible to sell. Steve did not give up once.

Several times as he was working with me, I expected him to say something along the lines of: “Well, there is nothing more I can do…” and I would have totally understood.
