I had been living in Mission Viejo and was looking to move to Oceanside (where my brother lives). I met Steve through my financial guy. Shortly after the country shut down (Covid), Steve called me, because a one-story house with no HOA had just popped up for sale. Since this type of home was in high demand and it was also what I was looking for, I immediately made the drive to Oceanside. I toured the home with Steve, we talked about the price, and I made an offer that same day. Steve and his team (especially Zesty) were available 24/7 throughout the process of the sale. It was a bit different this time, due to no one being in an office or wanting to meet in person, unless it was outside. They made sure all of my documents were submitted on time and double checked everything before I signed anything. They were always there to answer all of my questions, and just hold my hand, if I needed it. They are very familiar with the area and also have a list of plumbers, contractors, etc., at their fingertips, which was great, since I wasn’t familiar with any of the trades in the area. Steve even stopped by the house several times over the next few months, because he knew there was a lot of remodeling going on and wanted to let me know he was always available in case something with one of the contractors didn’t work out. I still keep in touch with Steve and would use him again (to sell or buy). He and his team were just wonderful!
