Steven is extremely  knowledgeable and experienced in real estate. He was very calm and collected when I was not and I really appreciate that. He never let me get discouraged, he had a plan and we executed it well, thats how we beat out an all cash offer. Zesty was great at providing me with all the information and helping me stay on top of all the papper work. Marina was a pleasure to view the houses with and very personable. It is rare to find a realtor that really cares about his clients and listens to them.  Steve goes beyond that. He reached out to the other realtor to understand the situation, and the other realtor had so much respect for Steve, the seller went with my offer. Truly without his help, my offer to buy my home would not have been accepted. They went above and beyond to explain the entire home purchasing process, placed offers on multiple properties, and even stepped up when we could not attend meetings in person ourselves. I had been living in Mission Viejo and was looking to move to Oceanside (where my brother lives).  I met Steve through my financial guy.  Shortly after the country shut down (Covid), Steve called me, because a one-story house with no HOA had just popped up for sale.  Since this type of home was in high demand and it was also what I was looking for, I immediately made the drive to Oceanside.  I toured the home with Steve, we talked about the price, and I made an offer that same day.  Steve and his team (especially Zesty) were available 24/7 throughout the process of the sale.  It was a bit different this time, due to no one being in an office or wanting to meet in person, unless it was outside.  They made sure all of my documents were submitted on time and double checked everything before I signed anything.  They were always there to answer all of my questions, and just hold my hand, if I needed it.  They are very familiar with the area and also have a list of plumbers, contractors, etc., at their fingertips, which was great, since I wasn't familiar with any of the trades in the area.  Steve even stopped by the house several times over the next few months, because he knew there was a lot of remodeling going on and wanted to let me know he was always available in case something with one of the contractors didn't work out.
